Dr. Shelly’s Soulfulness Reflections
I connect strongly with the sun… the sensation of warmth, the idea of infinite sunbeams emanating from a single source, the power of illumination, a representation of God’s light shining on all of creation, imagery of radiance and being bathed in a golden glow, the cycles of rising and setting that serve as reminders of the inevitability of both light and darkness.  I am drawn to photographs and art capturing the beauty and colors of sunsets.  Sometimes the beauty just takes my breath away, just being in the presence of a miracle.  Sunsets can bring me into that place of soul-connection… of reflection and contemplation and deep gratitude and joyful appreciation.  Sunsets calm the swirling of thoughts and “to do”s in my head and connect me to my peace and to what really matters. I encourage you to take a moment and explore which miracles of nature are most powerful for you.

With Peace, Love, and Soulfulness,
Dr. Shelly Harrell
